Job Summary: This role is part of the IT: Infrastructure & Operations department at Nintendo of America (NOA) and supports critical IT services including MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager), Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Description of Duties:
- Conduct enterprise patching for Windows OS, macOS, as well as Microsoft and third-party applications.
- Partner with Security teams on patch compliance expectations.
- Endpoint management with MECM/Intune including - device enrollment and management, configuration and compliance policies, application deployment and update management.
- Manage full endpoint lifecycle from provisioning and configuration, to patching, upgrades and decommissioning.
- Ownership of application and OS deployment, task sequences, and client health and troubleshooting.
- Perform testing and validation of applications before broader rollout
- Package and deploy applications for Windows (MSI, EXE, Win32 apps) and macOS (.pkg, .dmg)
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) in an enterprise environment (host pools, application groups, user access, etc.)
- Reduce manual efforts throughout automation including PowerShell scripting, and basic scripting for macOS
- Log analysis across Windows and Intune
- Diagnose deployment failures and performance issues at scale
Summary of Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in endpoint management and client engineering
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment
- Experience with macOS/iOS devices
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) (on prem) and/or Microsoft Intune (cloud). Experience in co‑managed environments (Intune + MECM together) preferred
- Experience with patching and update management, application packaging/deployment
- Understanding of endpoint lifecycle
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, certificates, proxies)
- Scripting (PowerShell), including automation and detection/remediation.
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
